MY MATCH REPORT
Match report nunber 1. Sunday 14 Jan 2001

THE TWO SIDES OF MOSTON JUNIORS.

The reason for the X-files type background to this report is because
something very strange is to be reported about the goings on in
Moston, Greater Manchester, England.
Two weeks ago moston juniors under-14 football team made it into the
Quarter finals of the County Cup, playing with finesse, one touch
passing the likes of MUFC would have been proud of, defending with a
passion, attacking every ball and winning most, with a goalkeeper who
saved the day in a penalty shoot-out at the end.

Then it fell apart.

Match Report Number 2. Sunday 28 Jan 2001

Moston Juniors 1 v Chaddy End A 3
After a goal by chris lomas in the first ten minutes of the match it looked as
if the team had ironed out everything and we were on our way to resembling
a team who wanted to win. Then we fell totally apart, defensivley we did not
go into one tackle with any conviction. We gave the game away.
Match Report Number 3. Sunday 4 Feb 2001

Moston Brook 6 v Moston Juniors 3
This game was ruined by a Fat bloke dressed in black who had been given a
whistle for christmas. He obviously had a very sorry childhood, because he
refused to let the lads run for more than two minutes without blowing his
bloody whistle.
The game started off excelently for the Juniors, with ex-Brook player craig
smith scoring twice against his old team. The fat bloke in black must have
blown his whistle 50 times in that first half.
His communication skills were zero, 14 year old lads don't understand
whistle language, they will tolerate most decisions that are given against
them, that are explained to them, but this referee couldn't speak to boys of
that age.He just blew that whistle and pointed.
The breaking point for the Juniors was a crazy penalty decision by the fat
bloke in black who had obviously missed not getting his whistle out during the
half time break that he had to blow again his little metal comforter.
Stefan saved the penalty but a Brook player got the goal on the rebound.

Then The Fat Bloke, Booked Me.
For saying "that was a stupid crazy decision" the fat bloke in black,
books and asks to leave the ground. me!! a fan not a club official.
On a pitch with four inch ruts cut into the ground filled with rain water you cannot
expect the ball to bounce perfectly, this cretin should learn the difference between
hand to ball and ball to hand.
Anyway back to game, Moston Brook tore the Juniors to shreads with some
wonderful long ball football, which was the only way to play on this pitch.
Missing out any form of midfield football.
Moston Juniors missed their best defender steve malone get well soon.
LETS HOPE WE DON'T SCORE FIRST NEXT GAME
